An equestrian-inspired life...
In 2008, after Julie's father passed away, Julie used the strength and determination instilled in her by her father to combine her passion for horses and her love of design into creating an equestrian-inspired brand. Julie was inspired by her late father's gucci loafers with the bit detail. It was because of his shoes, and her family's passion for horses, that Julie took the equestrian idea and ran with it. From furniture lines to stationery, tech accessories and more, Julie's equestrian style has taken off and her equestrian embellished products have been featured in some of the top equestrian publications around the world. Read more about the brand here.
Julie's daughter, Madeline, inherited Julie's passion for horseback riding and has been riding since she was little. Madeline is an equestrian, hunter jumper, who spends every free moment she can at the barn with her horse, Davenport.
"When I was six years old, my mom brought me to the barn for the first time. Fast forward 18 years and horseback riding is still a part of my daily routine. When my mom started to create her equestrian brand, it was very exciting for me. Not only because our passions were aligning, but also because her equestrian products went along with my lifestyle. From the belts to the phone cases, I always have one of my mom's products on me." - Madeline Bova
